Mr William G. "Gregg" Robbins

Robbins, William Gregory, “Gregg”, age 60, of Waterford, passed away at home on March 19, 2011. He was born at the Great Lakes Navel Hospital in Illinois on March 22, 1950, the son of John Robbins and Jean A. Brooks. Gregg spent his early life in Racine and was a graduate of Horlick High School. He went on to UW – Milwaukee where he obtained a BA in History along with his Bachelor of Science degree. On February 23, 1987, he married Kris A. Schuette. Gregg was a Medical Technologist and also worked with Microbiology labs. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Kris, five children: Benjamin (Amy Shoofs) Robbins, and Jennifer Robbins of Milwaukee, Lauren Robbins of DePere, William and Anna Robbins of Waterford. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Two brothers: Michael (Dawn) Robbins of Minocqua and Jody Shockley of Racine, One sister: Colleen (Patric) Mogden of Racine. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother: Jean, step-father: Robert Shockley and a brother: Allen Brooks. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 5:00 PM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 307 S. First St. (Hwy 20), Waterford. A Memorial Gathering with the family will be held prior to Mass on Thursday from 3-5PM in Church. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, memorials are suggested to the family.
