Mrs Virginia Lisiak

Lisiak, Virginia G. (nee.Mlodzik) Age 88, of Waterford, passed away peacefully at Waterford Senior Living on September 21, 2011. She was born in Milwaukee on April 18, 1923, daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (nee. Mashuda) Mlodzik. She spent her early life in West Allis where she graduated from high school. On May 1, 1943, she married Harry W. Lisiak at St.Rita’s Catholic Church in West Allis. The couple moved to Waterford in 1977. Virginia was a member of St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and a former member of the Ladies Guild and Daughters of Isabella. Her hobbies included gardening, playing cards, arts and crafts and she was an avid Packers and Brewers fan. Virginia dearly loved and enjoyed her grand-children and great-grandchildren. She is survived by two children: Pat (Jerry) Pfannenstiel of Muskego and Tom (Sue) Lisiak of Florida, five grandchildren: Jeanne (Mike) Suminski, Kris (Keith) Brightman, Tom (Steph) Pfannenstiel, Dan (Jennie) Pfannenstiel and Courtney Lisiak, five great-grandchildren, one brother: Clarence (Rosemary) Mlodzik, one sister: Laverne (Roger) Laur, three sisters-in-law: Lucy Lisiak, Dorothy Chovanec and Bernice Makowski. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband: Harry and brother: Robert. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM in St.Thomas Catholic Church, 307 South First Street (Hwy 20), Waterford. Visitation in Church from 10-10:45 AM Tuesday. Burial in church cemetery following Mass. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, family suggests memorials to the St. Thomas Building Fund.
