In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, donations to the family would be appreciated to be distributed as per Tom’s wishes.

Tom’s family would like to extend their thankfulness and appreciation to our wonderful family, St. Clare faith community, many friends and neighbors for their outpouring of love, support, prayers, meals, wheelchair ramp, yard work, phone calls, cards, offers of help and much more. You were always there for us and you made Tom’s difficult journey easier for both him and for us to bear. Thank you so much. We also want to thank the doctors, nurses, and everyone who was part of Tom’s care at Froedtert Hospital. Besides your best you gave us hope and love. Finally, thank you to Heartland Home and Hospice for your caring compassion. May God bless all of you who have touched our lives these past six months.
