Mrs. Ruth Eidsvoog

Eidsvoog, Ruth R. Age 79 of Waterford passed away with family at her side Tuesday November 10, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington. Born in Milwaukee Wisconsin May 14, 1930 the daughter of the late Urlich and Theresa Leiler. She spent her early life in Milwaukee and on October 16, 1956 she married Evan Miles Eidsvoog in Des Moines, Iowa. The couple lived in New Berlin, Than Texas and Iowa settling in Waterford in September of 1972. Ruth was a homemaker and a past member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Waterford. In her younger days Ruth enjoyed gardening and shopping. Mostly Ruth enjoyed her kids and grandkids. Survived by loving Husband of 53 years Evan, Children: Rick (Sandi) Eidsvoog, Miles (Linda) Eidsvoog, Evonne Elsenbroek, Renee Gall and Amy (David) Reich. Grandchildren: Kristin, Erin, Miles Jr., Jon, Bret and Kayla. Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister. Services Friday November 13th, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Visitation 5-7 Friday. Burial Saturday November 14 at 10;00 AM in Rochester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association. Family wishes to send a thank you to all the staff that cared for Ruth at Mt.
