Spagnoli, Robert Alan age 78, passed away peacefully January 5, 2022 in Livonia, Michigan.
Robert was born in Detroit, Michigan to August and Iris Spagnoli on October 15, 1943.
Robert lived in Garden City, Port Huron, Plainwell and Livonia over the years. A chemist by trade, he had a strong scientific mind and even a patent to his name, acquired during his years working in the research and development division of the Ford Motor Company in the 1980’s. He was a life-long Lutheran, singing in many church choirs over the years at St. Paul Lutheran in Port Huron and Hope Lutheran Church in Plainwell.
Robert is survived by his former wife Karen (Running) Spagnoli and their daughters Kristie (Mark) Jaramillo of Waterford, Wisconsin, and Siri (Briar) Wintersteen of Fostoria, Ohio; 4 grandsons; and his sister Dawn (Jerry) Murray.
A private memorial service will take place at a future date.
In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy the family suggests memorials to the music ministries of Norway Lutheran Church, Wind Lake, Wisconsin.
