Robert "Bob" Michael Mermal

Mermal, Robert “Bob” Michael, age 64, lost a courageous battle to cancer with his loving wife, of forty-forty years, and devoted son Derek, by his side. Bob was born to Howard and Florence (nee: Kitzki) April 09, 1958, in Milwaukee. Bob grew up in the Milwaukee area before graduating from Bay View High School, class of 1976. Bob would then meet the love of his life in Jacquelyn Jae Kuss in 1977 and would eventually get engaged and be married November 03, 1978, at St. John’s Catholic Church in South Milwaukee. Bob and Jacque would stay in the Milwaukee area and start their family before moving to Eagle in 1987. In 2006 they moved to their forever home in the Town of East Troy. Bob worked for the Milwaukee Co. Transit System as a diesel mechanic for many years and loved riding his Harley. Over the years Bob and Jacque took many trips all over Wisconsin and the country with friends. Bob was an avid golfer; you could find him golfing several times a week at courses all over southern Wisconsin with friends and family. Bob was also a member of the Eagle Men’s Horseshoe League for many years and was in charge of the pit crew during the Annual Tournament. Bob also loved to play sheepshead in the winter to help keep the camaraderie going all year, however none for this would be possible without the support and love he would get from his family, he will be truly missed.
Bob is survived by his loving wife Jacque, sons Derek and Brandon (Megan); grandchildren; Lucy and Henry and brother Gary.
Preceded in death by his parents and brother Donald.
