Young, Peggy (Pischke) Brown, 63, passed away September 09, 2016, of natural causes at her home in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Peggy was born June 10, 1953 to David and Margarette (Huber) Pischke) in Racine, WI. She attended school at East Cape, Raymond Consolidated, and North Cape, graduating from there, going on to Waterford High School, where she graduated in 1971. She went on to college at S.W.T.C. and then went to W.W.T.C.in La Cross, WI, where she received Highest Academic Honors while getting her degree of Associate in Applied Science, Accounting in 1986.
In 1973 she married Arthur Brown, who preceded in death in 1983. They had two sons David and Donald. In 1986 she married Dale Young of Sparta, they had two sons, Bert and Ben. Of whom, she accredited much influential taking care of by older sons David and Donald while living on the “farm”.
In her leisure, she loved gardening, crocheting, and reading. To be noted, over 1,200 books from her personal collection could be donated after her death. She recorded that John F. Kennedy, Newman and Alice Hall, and her parents were the people who had influenced her most. She adored taking care of her flowers and watching the birds; pecking away the critters as they’d come about.
Survivors include; Her parents David and Margarette Pischke; four children: David (Deanne) Brown of Eau Claire, Donald Brown of Tomah, Bert Young of Sparta, Ben Young of Eau Claire; one brother: David (Vera) Pischke Jr; three sisters: Jacquie Schroeder, Julie (Eugene) Johnson, Joy Ellen La Russa; eight grandchildren: Dex, Desiree, Tulsey, Piper Brown, Christa Gamble, Ayden, Bert III, Alexia Young. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other living relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Arthur, and a loving Mother-In-Law Delores “Lori” Young.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First Congregational Church in Rochester, WI on November 5th, 2016. Visitation at 10:00AM until time of service 11:00AM. After the service, all are invited to a reception, further details to be announced after the service.
