Marcia Bernadette Sossaman

Sossaman, Marcia B., age 86, of Muskego passed away at Waukesha Memorial Hospital on Monday July 18, 2016. Marcia was born in Colby, WI on September 10, 1929, the daughter of the late Edward and Arma (nee. Russ) Schultz. She was a graduate of Colby High School. In Colby, WI on December 13, 1947 she married Floyd C. Sossaman who passed away September 12, 2011. The couple lived in the Milwaukee area including Hales Corners, Franklin, Muskego and some time in Wind Lake. Marcia worked as an office clerk for Meco Products in Franklin and was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Wind Lake. She loved to work in her garden, and play scrabble with her sister. What she enjoyed most in life was to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her Children: Terry (Jane) Sossaman of Waterford, Candace (Peter) Zak of Appleton, Russell of Rhinelander, Gail Curtin of Wisconsin Rapids, and Thomas of Rochester; Grandchildren: Michelle, Leslie, Sarah, Michael, Jason, Julie, Kevin, Christopher, Kimberly, Carrie, Rebecca, Robert and Jamie; nineteen Great-grandchildren; Sisters and Brothers-in-law: Ralph (Wilma) Sossaman, Dixie (Kenneth) Ingersoll, Blondie Sossaman and Elaine Schultz; Special friend: Jeri Billeb and by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 10 AM – 12 PM with Mass starting at 12:00 PM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 7616 Fritz St., Wind Lake, WI 53185. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery in Waterford.
In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy memorials are suggested to Breast Cancer Research.
Family would like to send a special Thank You to the Nurses and Staff at Regency in Muskego and the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital I.C. U. for their special care of our dear Mother and Grandmother Marcia.
