Lee, Luella Mae, age 92, of Waterford, died November 30, 2020 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Luella was born to James A. and Leona (nee. Tyrell) Woodcock on January 29, 1928, in Marshall, WI. After graduating high school Luella met the love of her life, Robert Edward Lee, and were married December 17, 1946 in Sheldon, WI. Luella was a quilter in the greatest sense and a seamstress for wedding dresses and formal gowns; she was in very high demand. Luella was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary for American Legon Post FDR-444, a Den Mother of the Cub Scouts and loved to travel. Her greatest enjoyment was her family whom she loved very much; she will be forever missed.
Luella is survived by children, Patricia Seefeldt, Wendy (Roger Karweik) Lee, daughter-in-law Teri Pfaff, son-in-law James Glisczinski, one sister, Marian Kmiec, ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in life by her parents, loving husband Robert E. Lee, daughter Barbara Glisczinski, son Scott, and brother James Woodcock.
Visitation will be held on Friday December 4, 2020 from 10 – 10:45AM with services starting at 11:00 AM at Norway Lutheran Church, 6321 Heg Park Rd., Wind Lake, WI 53185 with Pastor Kristie Jaramillo officiating. Luella will be laid to rest with her husband at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove at a later date. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate memorials to Norway Lutheran Church, in memory of Luella.
