Mrs. LeVerne Kebbekus

Kebbekus, LeVerne A. (neeRamthun). Age 91 of Hales Corners, formerly Lake Denoon passed away peacefully with her sons at her side on Sunday November 30th, 2008 at Hales Corners Care Center. LeVerne was born April 3, 1917 in Milwaukee the daughter of the late Herbert H. and & Goldie (nee. Hinchcliff) Ramthun. LeVerne spent her early life in Waterford and was a graduate of Waterford Union High School. On October 14, 1936 in Wind Lake she married Harvey Kebbekus whom preceded her in death November 26, 1988. Harvey and LeVerne moved to Lake Denoon in 1941. LeVerne was a homaker, and lived in her home on Lake Denoon for 50 years. She than was a resident of Hales Corners Care Center. Survived by two sons: Tom (Joanne) Kebbekus of Franklin, Wisconsin and Tim (Pam) Kebbekus of Muskego, Wisconsin. Four Grandchildren: Brenda (Joey) Ahmad, Daniel Kebbekus, Angela (Jim) Francis & Kristopher (Andrea) Kebbekus; Four Great-Grandchildren: Tom (Jenny) Kebbekus, Tiffany, Luke, & Katy Kebekkus. Also survived by her twin sister Vera Steffens of Racine, Wisconsin; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Proceeded in death by her parents, and her husband Harvey. Visitation in the funeral home Thursday December 4th 5-7 PM Services at 7 PM with Reverend Lawrence Williams officiating. Burial Friday December 5th at ST.
