Wienke, Lelia M. Age 67 Burlington, passed away March 8, with family at her side. Lelia was born in Tomah October 29, 1943 the daughter of the late Samuel and Adeline Griffin. She spent her early life near Tomah and on June 3, 1961 in Nekoosa she married Donald Wienke. The couple first lived near Eagle Lake and Town of Dover for some time and also in the town of Norway and settling the past 17 years in Rochester. Lelia was a homemaker and raised four children and loved to spend time with all of her family. Lelia and her husband Don were going to celebrate 50 years of marriage on June 3, 2011. During their younger years the couple enjoyed camping & fishing, motorcycling & snowmobiling. Survived by loving husband Don, four children: Dawn Hammiller, Rhonda (Rickie) Jones, Wanda (Dan) Hockman & Donald “Chris” Wienke Jr... Grandchildren: Joshua (Torrey) & Anthony (Laura) Hammiller, Danielle Ramon (Fiancé Bill) Daniel (Deanna), Kristen & Brittany Ybarra, Amanda, Ashley, D.J. & Logan Wienke. Great-Grandchildren: Cheyanne, Samantha, Addisson, Zachary, Alexis, Jacob and two great-grandchildren on the way! Also survived by a sister: Elaine (Sonny) Morrison & a brother Sam (JoAnne) Griffin other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law: Tom Hammiller and Sister Alice. Services Saturday March 12th, 3:00 PM in the funeral home, memorial gathering 1-3 PM Saturday, inurnment at Burlington Cemetery following services.
