Jensen, Kristopher C., Age 51, of Jarrell, Texas, passed to the Lord on February 20, 2012. He was born on a military base in Bremirton, Washington on May 27, 1960, the son of Charles and Sherri (nee. Voorhies) Jensen. For eighteen years Kris proudly served his country, four years enlisted in the Navy (1977-1980) and fourteen years in the Army (1981-1996) where he served in Saudia Arabia. He was honorably discharged in 1996. On October 10, 1999 he married Theresa Ludwig. Kris is survived by his wife: Theresa of Jarrell, Texas, parents: Charles and Sherri Jensen, son: Kristopher Lee of Texas, daughter: Kristina Blanchfield of Washington, stepsons: Robert Richter of Germany, David Hall, Bernie (Marsha) Hall Jr., grandchildren: Maddallyn and Mathew Hall, brothers: Charles, John and Rudolph, mother-in-law: Donna Ludwig of Waterford, sisters-in law: Kathleen (Gary) Biermann of Franksville, Nita (Jeff) Gettys of California, and Diane Ludwig of Rochester, brothers-in-law: Robert (Linda) Ludwig of Tennessee, and Ronald (Eileen) Ludwig of Waterford. Preceded in death by his father-in-law: Otto Ludwig and brother-in-law: Tom Ludwig. Services will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 11:30 AM in the Funeral Home with Father Kim Studwell officiating. Visitation prior to services from 10-11:15. Burial to follow services at Rochester Cemetery with Military Honors. In Lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, memorials are suggested to Theresa Jensen.
