Mrs. June H. Mucci

Mucci, June H. Age 87 of Waterford passed away peacefully with family at her side Monday October 26th, 2009 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center of Elkhorn. Born in Burlington May 2, 1922 the daughter of the late Wallace and Helen (nee. Stobber) Moe. Attended St. John’s Lutheran Graded School and a graduate of Burlington High School also attended two years of college. On October 17, 1942 she married Archie Mucci in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Waterford, whom preceded her in death March 14, 1993. She was a resident of Waterford for many years and a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church-Christian mothers and was a Eucharistic Minister. In the mid 1980’s June moved to Eagle River where she was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic church for some 20 years and a Eucharistic Minister. While living in Eagle River she worked for DeByle’s department store as a manager of men’s and woman’s clothing departments. Plain and simply June loved all of her family and loved to work. Survived by children: Thomas Mucci of Three Lakes, Wisconsin, James (Anita)Mucci of Burlington, Patti (Thomas) Krueger of Burlington and Joseph Mucci of Delavan. Grandchildren: Cariann (Jay) Herb, Tim Mucci (Melissa Bussian), Amanda Krueger (Tom Wondrash), Adam Mucci and Holly Mucci (Dan Tesdale). Great-Grandchildren: Rachel Herb, Seth Herb and Emmalyn Tesdale.Also survived by one sister: Marie Grabarec of Union Grove, Wi. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Archie and one infant son John. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday October 30, 2009, 6:00 PM in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 307 South First Street(Hwy20) Waterford with Reverend Joseph Debski officiating. Memorial Gathering with June’s family in church Friday 3-6 PM. Inurnment will take place Saturday October 31, 2009 10:00 AM at ST. Thomas Cemetery, meet at the cemetery please.
