Lindhorst, Judith Ann “Judy”, age 75, of Caldwell, passed away at East Troy Manor on June 7, 2016. Judy was born in Burlington, the daughter of James and Bernice (nee. Huening) Clark. She spent her early life in Waterford and was a graduate of the Rochester Ag School. She obtained her bachelors degree in Business Foods from UW Stout. On December 27, 1965 she married Dennis Lindhorst at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Big Bend. Judy was employed in the food service industry; working in the Walnut Room Restaurant at Marshall Fields in Chicago, and she also worked as manager for Stauffer’s Restaurant in Washington DC. She was a founding member of American Legion UNIT 20 and also served as a past president. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by two daughters: Cindy (Mike) Yopp of Burlington and Julie (Ryan) Wargolet of Mukwonago; three grandchildren: Clare, Andrew and Seamus; and by one sister, two sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dennis and one brother.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday June 11, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, S89W22650 Milwaukee Ave, Big Bend, WI 53130. Visitation in Church from 8:30-9:45 AM. Burial to follow at Caldwell Cemetery. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy memorials made to the family are suggested for distribution to all of Judy’s favorite charities.
