Grishaber, John B. Age 72 of Waterford passed away at Lakeview Specialty Hospital in Waterford on Friday May 15, 2009 with family at his side. John was born February 15, 1937 in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin the son of the Late John Joseph and Ann Gay (nee. Rexrode) Grishaber, he spent his early life in the North Cape area were he attended Durham Hill Graded School and graduated from Rochester Ag School. On October 12, 1957 he married Margo M. Mattson in Durham Hill. John was self-employed owner of Waterford Ceramic Tile. He also worked in landscaping and snowplowing for many years. John was a member of St. PeterÂ’s Lutheran Church and was the proud caretaker of St. PeterÂ’s Lutheran Cemetery for many years. He was a founding member of the Waterford Sno-Pokes snowmobile club; he enjoyed his cabin up north where he spent time fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. John had a special love for Oliver Tractors, and his dogs Matt and Justice. Survived by loving wife of 51 years Margo, Children: Karen Mutter of Racine, Linda (Mark) Ketterhagen of Wind Lake, and John Grishaber of Pickerel Lake, Wisconsin. Further survived by grandchildren: Kevin (Jamie) Mutter, Kelly Mutter, Kristin Ketterhagen, Karl Ketterhagen, Jessie Schmidt and John C. Grishaber. Also survived by other relatives, friends and his two special K-9 buddies: Matt and Justice. Services will be held Monday May 18th at 7 PM at St. PeterÂ’s Lutheran Church 145 South Sixth Street in Waterford with Reverend Frederick Bischoff officiating. Burial in the Church Cemetery on Tuesday, meet at the cemetery at 9 AM. Visitation in the church 4-6:45 Monday.
