Janice J. Bazen

Bazen, Janice J. Age 67 of Waterford Passed away Thursday Jan. 25th, 2007 at her residence in Waterford with family at her side. Janice was born in Owen-Withee, Wisconsin on October 4, 1939 to Tony & Vera (nee. Voshon) Johnson. She was a graduate of Owen-Withee High School. On May 7, 1960 she married Gerald S. “Jerry” Bazen in Norway Hill Lutheran Church of Wind Lake, WI. She was a school bus driver for Thomas Bus Service of Waterford for 33 years. Janice and her husband Jerry lived in Tichigan, moving back to Owen-Withee for 3 years, and than moving back to Tichigan, and spending the last 7 years in Waterford. Janice was an avid bowler and golfer, and loved spending time with her family. Survived by loving husband Jerry of Waterford, three children: Tracy (Nancy) Bazen of Waterford, Buckwheat/Lance (Julie) Bazen of Victor, Montana & Jeri (Tim) Strasser of Waterford. Also survived by loving grandchildren: Dawn (John) Raditz of Necedah, Christopher, Monique, Matthew, Meghan & Mikhaela, along with great-grandchildren: Hunter and Lona. Janice is also survived by one brother Earl (Pat) Johnson of Town of Wautoma, Wisconsin, further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Proceeded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, one niece, and one nephew. Special Thank You goes to the nurses and staff at Aurora VNA Hospice of Lake Geneva for their special care of MOM. Services will be held Tuesday January 30th, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. with Reverend James Rasmus officiating at Norway Hill Lutheran Church, 6321 Heg Park Road, Wind Lake, WI 53185.
