Zabler, Germaine H. “Gerry” Age 75 of Leopolis, Wisconsin formerly Honey Lake died unexpectedly January 23rd, 2009 while helping a friend near her home in Leopolis. She was born in Milwaukee April 15, 1933 the daughter of the late Truman and Lillian (nee. Lambert) Davis. She spent her early life in Milwaukee and on April 30, 1956 she married Harold D. Zabler in Seattle Washington. Harold preceded her in death. Gerry spent over 50 years and most of her life with her husband Harold on their Honey Lake farm, Gerry recently moved to the Shawano County town of Leopolis. Gerry was a homemaker and babysitter, she also loved to Fish! Survived by Children: Brien (Nancy) Zabler, Sandra (Charles) Potter, Karen Braam and Sharon (Leonard) Howell. Eighteen grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Further survived by sisters: Lorraine White, Lila Kelly and Shirly. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold, one son: Bruce, sister: Ethel Roloff, brothers; Russel, Ed and Denny Davis. Memorial gathering and visitation with family on Thursday January 29th 3-5 PM in the funeral home. Cremation burial at Honey Creek Cemetery at a later date.
