Mr. Gerald Karls

Karls, Gerald, age 84, of Waterford, died February 04, 2020 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Gerald was born to Frank and Angeline (nee. Kresnicka) in Milwaukee, on May 22, 1935. He worked as a Technical Engineer for Allis Chalmers. On June 8, 1957 Gerald married the love of his life, Jacqueline Klein at Mother of Good Counsel Church in Milwaukee. After retirement they moved to the Waterford area in 1999. Gerald enjoyed gardening both vegetables and flowers, fishing, golfing, and camping with his family. He absolutely loved spoiling his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, he will be missed by all.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jacqueline, children, Jolene, Jamie (Jayne), Joel (Terri), Jay (Sue), Jennifer (Brian) Palmer; two sisters, Gail Marcus, Kathy (Randy) Wittig; grandchildren, Jeremy (Shay), Josh (Kira), Jordan, Justine, Jacob, Jed, Jake (Heather), Julia, Jonah, Jameson, and Jack; great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Jenna, Jayda, Jazmine, Chloe, Kylee and Jeff, and by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Jon and Jeff.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday February 22, 2020 from 10-10:45 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 305 S. First Street, Waterford, WI 53185. Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 AM.
