Mrs. Florence W. Ludwig

.Ludwig, Florence, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Linden Grove in Mukwonago at the age of 95. Florence was born in Milwaukee, WI on August 27, 1920 to Edward and Hilda Bushberger. Florence was married to the love of her life, Leroy Ludwig on August 31, 1940 at Durham Hill Lutheran Church. She had been a resident of Wind Lake for the past 80 years and was a devoted homemaker and mother.
Florence was a member of Norway Lutheran Church in Wind Lake. She loved to travel, visiting every state but Hawaii, she and Leroy even took a road trip to Alaska. She loved being a mother and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Florence is survived by her daughter Leanne Sievert, her son Colin (special friend Mar Haverkampf) Ludwig, special devoted daughter-in-law Barb Ludwig. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, her brother Melvin (Shirley) Bushberger, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Florence was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Hilda Bushberger, her husband Leroy, her son Kirt, her brother Foster and sister Fern.
Visitation will take place on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Norway Lutheran Church – 6321 Heg Park Rd. Wind Lake, WI 53185. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Norway Lutheran Church or the Norway Lutheran Food Pantry.
