Reich, Eva (nee. Graetz) age 96 of Waterford passed peacefully in her sleep on October 17, 2014. Born in Prospect Hills, Waukesha, Wisconsin on April 14, 1918 the daughter of the late Paul and Anna (nee.Grunwald) Graetz. She spent her early life in Tichigan and was a Waterford High School graduate. On June 25, 1938 she married Charles G. Reich who preceded her in death on July 31, 1999. The couple lived in West Allis for a time and farmed for many years in the Town of Norway and lived in Waterford since 1984. She was a proud member of Norway Lutheran Church where she enjoyed quilting and participating in the Tichigan Circle. Eva’s greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survived by one daughter, Nancy Reich of Racine, sons: John (Sandy) of Marengo, IL and Thomas (Nancy) of Union Grove, and daughter-in-law, Jackie Reich of Waterford, grandchildren: Courtney, Todd (Sandra), Megan (Tom) Polzin, Erin (Dave) Olson, Ryan (Kris), Nathan (Brenda) and Heather Willett, along with thirteen great-grandchildren. Further survived by two sisters Gertie Scholz and Gussie Borck, other relatives and friends.
Proceeded in death by her parents, husband, Charles G. Reich, son, Charles P. “Chuck” Reich and grandson, Braden.
Services Monday October 20, 2014 11:00 AM at Norway Lutheran Church, Visitation in Church 9-11 AM with Burial at Norway Hill Cemetery following Services. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, memorials are suggested to Norway Lutheran Church.
