Teg, Dillon James, age 28, of Delavan, formerly Rochester, passed away unexpectedly September 18, 2021, at his residence. Dillon was born in Milwaukee on January 13, 1993, son of Bobbie and Alan Teg. He attended school in Waterford and after graduating from Waterford High School worked at the Rochester Fire Department for three years before moving to the Delavan area. Dillon liked to work on anything mechanical, especially boats. He worked for Gage Marine in Delavan as a repairman. He also liked to hang out with friends and go camping. His favorite hobby was tinkering with G scale steam engines and his dream was to build a rail in the backyard.
Dillon is survived by his mother Bobbie Jo Rhodes (nee. Thierer) and his father Alan James Teg, one brother Taylor, grandparents Billy and Charlene Weber, other relatives and many friends.
A Memorial Gathering will take place at Mealy Funeral Home, 225 W. Main St., Waterford, WI on Saturday October 9, 2021, from 9-10:45 AM with a service starting at 11 AM. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy Dillon’s family suggest memorials to his family (Bobbie Rhodes) which will be distributed according to Dillon’s wishes.
