Lindhorst, Dennis G., Age 69, of the Town of Waterford, passed away on January 7, 2014 at Seasons Hospice in Waukesha. Dennis was born in Waukesha, the son of the late Gilbert Henry and Isabelle Sybil (nee. Donaldson) Lindhorst. He spent his early life in Prospect Hill and was a graduate of Waukesha South High School. On December 27, 1965 he married Judith Ann “Judy” Clark at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Big Bend. They lived in Alexandria, Virginia while he served our country in the military. In 1967 they relocated to the Town of Waterford area, where he was a Mechanic for Quality Carriers for 29 years. He was a retired member of Teamsters Local 43. Dennis was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish in Big Bend and the current Commander of Essman-Schroeder American Legion Post 20 of Waterford. He is survived by his loving wife: Judy, two daughters: Cynthia (Michael) Yopp and Julie (Ryan) Wargolet,Three Grandchildren (Grampie to): Clare Yopp, Andrew Yopp and Seamus Wargolet. He is further survived by one brother: Duane (Donna) Lindhorst, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Darin. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2014, 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Big Bend. Visitation IN CHURCH on Saturday morning from 9 -10:45 AM. Burial in Caldwell Cemetery. In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, Dennis' family suggests memorials be made to either St. Joseph’s Parish, or American Legion Post 20. Family wishes to express a Thank You to Dr. Krouwer of Waukesha Memorial Hospital Oncology Department and Seasons Hospice for thier care of Dennis.
