Kramer, David J. Age 55 of Shawano formerly Wind Lake, Passed away at Shawano Medical Center Tuesday January 16th, 2007. He was born in Milwaukee to the late Rudolph Kramer and Betty (nee. Hastings) on October 11, 1951. He spent his early life in Wind Lake. He joined the Army and served his country during the Vietnam War earning a Bronze Star and air medal. On June 17, 1995 he married Marcia (Nee.Mulliken) in Wabeno Wisconsin. They have lived in the Shawano area the past 11 years. David was a fabricator for Heritage Wood Doors in the Shawano area. He was a past member of the Kulchar-Fohr VFW post 8343 of Wind Lake. Survived by his mother Betty (nee. Hastings) Kramer of Waterford, his loving wife Marcia of Shawano, 5 children: Ashley Fitzgerald of Lakewood Colorado, Keith Fitzgerald of Milwaukee, Stacy, Brian & Katie. Also survived by three brothers: Don, Tom & Ken, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Rudolph and one daughter Emily Fitzgerald. Services Saturday Jan. 20th 12:00 Noon at Mealy funeral Home, Hwy 20 in Waterford. Visitation in the funeral home from 10-12 a.m. Viewing from 10-11, Inurnment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery on Monday January 22nd at 2:30 p.m in the Chapel with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to his wife Marcia to help with funeral expenses.
