Mrs. Betty Ohman

Ohman, Betty, age 96, passed away at Lakeland Care Center in Elkhorn on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. She was born in Deerfield, Illinois, the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (nee. McWilliams) Muhlke. She spent her early life near Deerfield and was a graduate of Ray Vogue High School. Betty was a purchaser, buying wholesale products for a clothing store and True Value stores. Betty enjoyed bird watching.
She is survived by her children: Jill (Warner) Hillner of Waterford, Lance (Christ) Ohman of Sycamore, IL, and David Ohman of Green Bank, WV; grandchildren: Steve (Dawn) Woodbury, Scott (Laura) Woodbury, Amy (Mark) Bojarski, Olivia, Glenn and Eric Ohman; eight great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Private family services will be held with inurnment at Northshore Garden of Memories Cemetery in Waukegan, Illinois.
Family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Aurora at Home Hospice of Burlington for their special care of our Mom and Grandmother.
