Himebauch, Arnold G. “Arnie”, age 86, of the Town of Waterford, passed away on his family farm on Monday, April 14, 2014. He was born on the farm August 27, 1927, the son of the late Delbert and Martha (nee. Walbreck) Himebauch. Arnie married Julie A. Mehring on April 17, 1948 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Together they raised four children and Arnie was a self-employed farmer all of his life. Arnie’s love of farming always showed by the excellent crops he grew and harvested. He took great pride in keeping his farm “picture perfect”. Arnie enjoyed restoring International Harvester Antique Tractors and mowing his lawn. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 66 years: Julie; four children: Shirley (Dave) Baumeister, Kathy (Greg) Foat, Greg (LuAnn) and Dale (Kathy); grandchildren: Bart Baumeister, Bridget (Craig) Stillman, Casey (Eric) Dietz, Cory and Garrett Foat, Shawn (Angie) Himebauch, Jami (Brad) Pieniazek, Traci and Ben Himebauch, Kellyn and Ryan Himebauch along with five great-grandchildren. Further survived by one Brother Robert, one sister-in-law: Gert Himebauch other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Mildred and Beulah; brothers: Ben, Donald, Russell and Duane. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, April 18, 2014 from 4:30-6:30 PM in the Funeral Home with Memorial Services officiated by Reverend Gene Doda starting at 7:00 PM. In Lieu of flowers memorials suggested to St. Thomas Church. The Family wishes to send a special “Thank You” to the Waterford Rescue Squad, the Town of Waterford Police and Racine County Sheriff for their quick response and care and compassion for our dear Arnie.
