Popp, Anthony J. “Tony” age 76 of Town of Norway passed away August 22, 2021 at St. Luke’s Medical Center Milwaukee. Born on the family farm in the Town of Norway on June 13, 1945, the son of the late Julian and Mary (Kosarog) Popp. Tony attended St. Thomas Graded in Waterford, and graduated St. Mary’s High School in Burlington. He was a mason for many years and became a full-time farmer in 1977. Tony married Patricia “Pat” Bauman on May 27, 1967, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Burlington. The couple lived near Burlington for a period and then then they moved to the family farm, milking cows and raising a family. Tony was an active member at St. Thomas Church, was a member of Knights of Columbus and also a Farm Bureau member.
Survived by loving wife Pat, Children: Beth (Rich) Maier, Bob (Penny) Popp, Jeff Popp, Michelle (Bill) Schoof, Andy (Melissa) Popp and daughter-in-law: Sara Popp. Sisters: Julie Moede, Mary Ignatowski, Jeanette Radtke, Rose Warner, Margaret (Don) Dezek, Florence (Ed) Chaulkin, Anne Antich, Agnes Brenton, Rita Feirn and Theresa Lancour. Brothers-in-law: Dan (Mary) Bauman and Ron Bauman. Sister-in-law Pam (Tom) Hansen. Grandchildren: Chad, Nick and Alex Popp, Jacob, Ben and Ellie Popp, Morgan and Kaylei Schoof. Step-grandchildren: Dayton, Austin and Cheyenne Hinchey. Further survived by three great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at St. Thomas Church 305 South First Street, Waterford, Wisconsin 9:00 - 10:45 AM. Mass will begin at 11:00 AM in church with luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
