Henningfeld, Agnes M. (nee. King) Age 86 of the Town of Norway passed away at Memorial Hospital of Burlington on November 15, 2010. Agnes was born in Burlington the daughter of the late William and Anna (nee. Heffner) King. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Catholic High School, and on July 28, 1945 she married Robert "Bob” Henningfeld whom has preceded her in death. Agnes and Bob raised nine children on the family farm in the Town of Norway. Agnes was a proud Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother; she was a member of St. Thomas Church where she participated in many activities within the church including the Fish Fry’s!! Agnes enjoyed her time spent with the Norway Lutheran Quilters, the St. Thomas and Waterford Senior Citizens. Agnes cherished her time with making Rag rugs and looms and Braided Rugs for family and friends. Survived by Eight Children: Bill (MaryAnn), Donald (Shelle), Diane (Kenny) Vos, David (Eileen), Steve (Patty), Chuck (Roxanne), James (Linnet) & Mary (Robert) Kittel. Also survived by cherished grandchildren: Barb, Cathy, Judy, Mark, Karen, Cyndi, Corey, Chrissy, Dustin, Luke, Ben, Beth, Jackie, Tom, Kyle, Tammy, Brian, Nicole, Trevor, Krystle, Miranda, Lisa & Andrew, 26 special great-grandchildren, Two brothers: Dominic King of Burlington and Martin (Mert) King of Grand Marsh, also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers in law, along with very special friend: Lorrie Hanson. Proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Robert and one daughter Carol. Mass of Christian Burial Friday November 19th 10:00 AM St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church 307 South First Street(Hwy 20), Waterford. Visitation in the funeral home Thursday evening 4-8 PM with a Prayer Vigil at 7:30 PM. Visitation also held in church Friday 9-9:45 AM. Burial in the church cemetery following Mass on Friday. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations be made to either St. Thomas Church or St. Coletta’s in Jefferson in memory of Agnes.
